Mammoth makes a great product for treating powdery mildew without removing parts of the plant. It's called CannControl. It's rather expensive, but if you're growing cannabis, you know it's worth it! Read more here:
It might be a bit of powdery mildew, those lower leaves look like they are touching the soil and that might be the problem. If it's just the bottom leaves, I would cut them off and make sure there is good air flow. Maybe take a look at the leaves you cut off under a magnifying glass to make sure it is not a pest type issue. If it is mold or mildew you may be able to wipe it off with a damp paper towel. The top of you plant looks nice and healthy.
@Cap Stone Thank you so much I was really worried.I cut them off and used a magnifying glass like you said, nothing is moving around. I think I just need to add a fan. I only have one in the grow tent ( non- oscillating).
