I don't know why you would need to start over?/! It looks like you have DE down? Do you have bugs? It looks like your lady is doing fine.
Just remember, when watering less is usually better than more. If you don't have one get one (a thermometer and RH meter combo). You need to know what's doing in your tent. RH matters to how the plant breathes and if it will grow. Temp matters as well too.
Also what light are you running? How far away is it? What strain? Auto/Photo? All these questions matter if you want to get some really good help.
