Hello fellow growmies! I was wondering if someone could give me some advice as it seems I donāt know exactly what could be the issue or if there is even an issue at all. I have checked the tent for any signs of bugs and I see zero..As you can see from the picture these girls are about 2 going on 3 weeks old and I feel that they are slowly growing and not as dark green as Iāve seen in other grows on here. Soil Iām using is fox farms ocean forest and simply giving them plain distilled water at 6.5 ph Only for now.. humidity is around 70-80% and temp at 75. later for this run Iāll be using fox farms trio (grow big, big bloom, tiger blood), followed by cal mag, mammoth p, and recharge. I am totally new to growing and these are what I decided to go with since Iāve found tons of videos on these products. Obviously thereās going to be trial and error however I just want to be able to make it through this run somewhat successful. Can anyone help me out? It would be much appreciated š
Edit: I also think I may have over watered them i have not had to give them any Going on 4- 5 days š
Those plants look fine. You barely need to water a plant that size at all honestly. It's easy to forget that the plant is growing just as much under the soil as above. When a plant goes in new soil it has to stretch its main roots all over the pot. When root expansion slows down the plant will focus more energy on its upper structure. Light yellow new growth is normal. If new leaves don't darken in the next couple days THEN it's a deficiency. You are doing good. Sometimes plants just have weird leaf mutations that will go away with future development.
They look good. I plant in regular potting soil until my first transplant. Then I go into a blend of fox farm, garden soil and potting soil. I do this because I like to add liquid feed to my watering. If you are in Ocean now, use only water with Cal-Mag
make sure you don't over water and other than that, watch em grow.
Sometimes you have to let things go for a bit even if there may be something wrong. You often don't know that beginning signs of an issue until it gets bad.
This isn't a bad thing as long as you keep observing.
Remember, your mistakes are worth way more than your successes.
Being a really good grower means you have been through the BS.
Don't be afraid to screw some stuff up. Just don't get so lazy that everything is screwed up.
