no to me they still have some white hairs sometimes not bad but on a purple plant look towards the bottom and see how the girls flowers look down there if they look close to the same then you are on track I would say a week or two take a piece of the leaf to your nearest nut shop and they are professionals and should give a very good answer. U se your resources . Be patient
Without a 🔎 magnifier, I would let my plants go a week after the hairs have turned brown to let some of the trichomes turn brown and let what is left of the clear trichomes to mature from my experience.

Just by looks, she appears to be within the ideal harvest window IMO.
