I grew two autoflower
northern lights from seed from ILGM. Planted on the same day. One is less than 2 feet tall (including the pot) and the other is over 3 feet! We thought maybe we got 2 different strains by mistake, but they’re clearly the same strain. The bigger one took off like a shot and was almost double the size of the other at week 5 but I wonder if it’s something I did? What causes an auto to grow tall or stay short? Thanks!

Each seed is a different phenotype which can have different characteristics from one another.
Genetics or stunted growth are the only things. Stunted growth could have been caused by several things though.
