Usually if they are getting too much light, the leaves will turn sideways, exposing the least amount of surface area as they can.
How far away is your grow light from the top of the plants?
that Diablo can be kind of tricky so go easy for sure, you want to keep that beast as far away as you can and just turn it up slowly cause it will melt those plants if its too close 4 sure
