Looks like light burn to me. my light says 30 inches above plants at 25% power when seedlings May be able to check manufacturer for details on light distance from plants during the different stages of growth.
also try to finetune the distance and intensity of the lights. hang them higher untill you see the seedlinks trying to strech to find the light. and then you go on from there as they grow bigger . lighting / nutrition / temp / humidity is one system really . if one is off all problems start imo. good luck
please give more details like type of soil, lights , nutrients . you dont give enough for someone to really be able to help you . give as much details as you can
@scottwoodwardbass That makes sense. This soil is built to hold its moisture and has a time release fertilization. What they have recommended is to use this in a garden or raised beds and not in pots or containers, but I read a couple instances where people had success with it. I would not water or feed these for a bit. Just keep the surface sprayed and if you can grab a hydrometer then find out what you're sitting at. Hopefully the soil isn't too hot for the pots.
What's your temperature and humidity sitting at? They look over watered to me. They should need minimal watering at this stage. Almost would say spraying is
