This entire plant is maturing ok except for one random top that appears to have absolutely no trichomes… I checked for light leaks and did not find anything. Has anyone else ever had this issue? Is this just a genetic abnormality?

That often happens when part of the plant is on a flowering light cycle and the other is on a Veg light cycle. But one branch seems odd especially since you said there was no light leaks
