Hello and good morning forum...
I have been gathering equipment and will soon be starting first grow.
I will be using 4' X 4' w/ MH TWS 2000 in soil with Rock nutrients.
There will be further questions I am sure but for now before I start I have this query-
The footprint of the space can fit more than 4 plants I realize but I want to attempt to take 4 plants thru to harvest giving them all the space they may need.
So my question is would it be ok to try to grow 2 of each strain or grow all 4 plants the same strain?
The choice involves feminized Chocolope with a 55-65 day flower or feminized Panama Red with a 77-84 day flower period suggested by seed grower (GC).
I realize they are both Sativa and will want to grow skinny and tall, but I plan to try to crop them and control the canopy but don't know if they will both play well with one another. It may be best to just grow all 4 the same. Not wanting to complicate things right out of the gate....trying to keep expectations realistic but put myself in best position possible from begining...
Yes you can absolutely grow multiple cultivars. You'll get some good experience doing that as some phenos will uptake nutrients differently than others. I personally grow all different cultivars in my grows because I like a variety of smoke.
