Signs of somthing being wrong I was thinking it was calcium so added worm castings and then was thinking perhaps light so turned down dimmer a bit and bought it up higher but checking the run off it’s coming out at 5.3ph is this bad and should I add some dolo lime to soil.

The low pH could be preventing nutrient uptake. I'd water in at 6.5-6.8 pH and over time it should drift up.
