Good morning I have been following you on Instagram for quite some time I recently purchased your book and I find it very very interesting I love how you word it I love the picture of the reference guides the cheat sheets. I am a first time grow up and I’ve been reading a lot but your boat has help me get through some stuff and questions I have an ask him myself at this stage right now I have planted one seed of Northern lights auto.my medium is COAST OF MAINE – PLATINUM GROWER’S MIX, SUPER SOIL and Coast of Maine - Organic Seed Starter, I make a 50/50 mix is this ok to do just wanted too know. Also I just purchased Coast of Maine Stonington Lobster & Kelp Plant Food, Organic Granular Fertilizer is this good and can I add this later on in the grow, please your book is the truth and. I just wanted some input on this being my first time grow.

I personally haven't used that soil or nutrients before so I'm probably not the best person to answer this one, but generally speaking, you can typically get around 30 days of growth with bagged soil and then you have to add nutrients. Since you have organic nutrients, they need time to break down. Transplanting into soil with nutrients in it is also a factor. I'd probably top dress maybe around day 15 after being in final container. I'd feed in a tea a week or so after top dressing in order to boost up microbial life. Hope this helps.

The 50/50 mix should be fine. Can you post a pic of the label on the "Organic Granular Fertilizer" so we can see what's in it?
