Orange and white hairs??

Hi all just a question on the hairs that grow on bud, I’m currently growing a jack herer plant and I’m at day 47 of flower and this is how the orange and white hairs are looking

is this looking ok so far? I’m going to grow up to 60 days in flower then flush for 2 weeks then harvest etc, good or bad idea?

I’m a totally new grower this is my first ever grow so kind of finding it hard when to flush and dry etc
