I understand you can overfeed cannabis with synthetic nutrients but can you overfeed using organic nutrients since you are feeding the soil and not the plant?
So the long and short of all of this is that too much of anything can cause problems. Example: Aphids are usually a sign of too much N. In living soils you can cause massive spikes in organism populations by adding things (Duh). However this can cause severe imbalances and cause population collapses, causing what used to be rock star soil into a diseased mess. Blood meal, bone meal, wood ash, or any organic bottle nutes. You can overload your grow medium and/or overdrive your soil if you aren't using caution.
I'm always learning when it comes to soil science, but I believe nitrogen in the form of nitrate (NO3-) in excess can happen even with some organic inputs. The thing with organics is you're not feeding the plant, you're feeding the soil. If you add in too many organic inputs, there could be an imbalance leading to nutrients locking out other nutrients. So, you may not see your typical nitrogen toxicity as often with organic inputs but you could have lockout issues leading to deficiencies if there is an imbalance of those inputs.
