It's tough to give an exact answer because there are different chemicals used to adjust the pH and some are more stable than others. I suggest trying the 2-4ml per gallon after nutrients were added and then adjusting more if needed. With some experience you'll get the feel for it and you'll know exactly how much to add in the future. Cheers!
It sounds like you are PHing your water before adding nutrients? Often the nutrients will affect the PH so I think most people add the nutrients first and then adjust the PH. In my case, I have high PH tap water, but after I add the nutrients it comes down to the 6-7 range. I only adjust PH when giving straight tap water.
But to answer your question on how to increase the PH, according to @Mr. Grow It :
Using pH Up
Amount: Use 2 to 4 mL of solution per gallon of water
@Cap Stone I'm keeping up with when I water what I put into it this time and the ph level so if I run into a problem I have everything written down as far as what I'm doing,I ph before nutrients and after nutrients are put in but the nutrients definitely lowered my ph but it sounds like I just need to add 2 to 4 ml to hit my target I really appreciate it happy growing buddy
@Cap Stone my ph before adding the blue planet trio like what's in his book and 5ml of cal meg is 6.4 straight out of my well, but after its 5.6 so I need to raise it to around 6.5 so I didn't know if there was a certain amount of ph up I should use or just a pinch here and there to get it right I'm trying to do everything right this is my second grow

No problem, PH is a challenge that's for sure.

What is it you want to add? Are you talking about 'PH Up' or something else?
