pH going in and coming out

First week of flower and my last watering my pH runoff was 6.0 so this watering I bumped the pH for the water up to 7.2 and the pH runoff came out 5.6. not sure why it went down so much when it was 6.0 the prior watering and I went up to 7.2. Using fox farm ocean forest soil. help!

Microorganisms in the medium adjust the pH. How do the plants look? Got a pic?

@Mr. Grow It plants look good so far second week of flower. So should I just pH my water to 6.3 to 6.8 pH before watering or should I raise it to 7.5 until the soil PH runoff.gets up to like 6.3 or 6.8?
