PH issue

I recently had a ph issue it was slightly low seams to be a common problem for me when I use fox farms ocean forest I’ve even done 50/50 with happy frog any way I did a flush and seamed to help temporarily so I added some garden lime from down to earth and now ph is spot on my question is I got a couple leaves that look like this and this is the worst of them is this from my ph being off I just want to be sure because I’m assuming it is
