Please can anyone help me diagnose this problem.

This is a Delhi friend strain. 3 weeks old. Grown in soil under a 600w hps. My bruce banner is also showing the same symptoms but all my other plants are looking fine. Any sugestions please. Thanks

Thanks mr g. Is it normal for my run off ppm to be up in the 1700 when im using canna profesional soil? I read on your site that it is when using a different soil with organic elements.

@Tapper82 If that soil has nutrients already in it then 1700 PPM makes sense.
