Without access to a generator, is there anything that we can do in event of a power outage to help keep the plants alive? Luckily, the power was not off very long and mostly in the dark cycle of early flower. I had a 10” battery operated fan that I hooked up to keep the air moving. I used a Green LED headlamp to set that up since it was in the dark period. The Temps started to drop as well so I dug out a kerosene heater and was about to fire it up when the power came back on. Has anybody else had this issue? Without access to a generator, is there anything else that could be done or any other equipment that would help?

My primary concern was the plants getting to cold. The outside temperature was 17F and the indoor temperature was near 60F at night. I now have a gas heater in the room on standby if needed and one battery powered fan in case it happens again.
Good question. I would think a generator would be the only option to keep things going. If you have a power outage, the plant should be fine for at least a few days depending on your conditions. I'm assuming your outdoor conditions aren't good either.
