Yesterday I did a feed at 1000ppm and my run off 800, but Ph was a bit high, and noticing some mag deficiencies, so today I watered (RO) with Epsom salt… PPM was 1125… my run off was 1400… ph back to 6.5 is the plant eating, or so I have build up or has the plant consumed 400 more ppm for it to add the 1000 I’ve jus put in? Help…

You are in some type of coco based substrate yes? Are you using strictly salt-based nutrients or are they organic? Not every bottle is synthetic.
For example; if you are using something like the fox farm trio it is a blend of both. I can't remember the name of the product but it has a mix of guano and earth worm castings. If you use anything like that it requires the microorganisms in the mix to break it down in the pot. This can lead to ppms creeping over time.
If you are using strictly mineral salts like the general hydro 3 part then you would be describing a salt buildup. In this case you would flush the medium until the ppms are low and the ph of the water going in is the same coming out. After that you'd mix up a batch of feed water and water as normal.
More info is needed and a picture of the deficiency would help.
