Someone else may have a better answer for you; I've never re-vegged a plant like that before. I would assume the bud structure would be better as long as you re-veg for at least a month then flip back to flower. But I've never done it so I can't tell ya for sure.
Ah I was wondering why the bud structure looked like that; It being re-vegged makes sense. The plant should start growing normal leaves soon as long as it stays on a veg light cycle. You can pick off the buds if you want. Just be cautious because it could stress the plant to the point it turns into a hermie. I was thinking of cutting all the small bud that is revegging. I defoilate and clean up one of the plant to see if it will grow..should i cut these little preflower or let it be?
Will this effect the growth of the bud?

How were you thinking about cleaning it up? I notice many leaves on the ground; did you defoliate?
