I got auto candy cane and its at flower stage, and today i noticed there are few purple stem, Is the purple stem Magnesium Deficiency? I used PH 6.5 tap water and also i do feed with 2ml Cal Mag for every single feed. Should I increase the calmag to 4ml?

Possibly. Purple stems don't always mean magnesium deficiency. I've encountered purple stems when exposing plants to lower temps i.e. 60-degree Fahrenheit range. Also I've also had it happen when giving my plant too cold of water. Genetics could also be a reason for purple stems. Are you growing in soil or coco coir?
