I will be doing a 2x4 autoflower grow all in 3 gallon pots. I'm really hesitant on choosing a good soil to "cook" and mix with the Earth Dust organic dry amendments. I really don't wanna bite my foot and end up burning them ladies early, and through my research I've seen a lot of mixed opinions. I'm leaning towards Fox Farms Happy frog mix over FFOF being that there's less nutrients and some organic breakdown material, before adding in the earth dust. Anyone have any experience or input, particularly with autos? I was also thinking of the Black Gold organics soil that TGSC reccomends. Anything helps, beyond grateful for any advice anyone can throw my way!🙏

Look for "potting soil" instead of "top soil". FoxFarm Happy Frog is a good choice. Black Gold organic soil is good too. With organics, there's low risk for nute burn. If the soil already has nutrients in it, then you won't need to amend as much Earth Dust nutrients.
