Hello I will be redoing my grow setup and need help deciding on a few things. I am pretty flexible with any size tent, but my question is what would the best option LED light be for a 4x4 and a 5x5 tent? I currently have an 8x4 where I run 2 t5’s and I will be using those for veg. Just looking for a flowering option. And maybe some reputable seed banks as well. Looking for strains that are heavy yielding and have a good THC count, preferably 20%+.
also, why are LED’s becoming the better option opposed to HPS

When comparing to HPS, LEDs these days are more efficient, emit higher PAR output, and often times spread the light more evenly across the coverage area.
