Hey all! I am starting my first grow and had some questions about an RO system. I purchased - iSpring RCC7, NSF Certified, 75 GPD High Capacity Under Sink 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Drinking Filtration System not knowing how complicated it was until I opened and began reading. If anyone can shed some light how to use this filter without splicing into an existing water line that would be great!!

Turn off the valve for the cold water line, install the piece that splits out to the RO system. After that you can either drill a hole into your drain line, or many will use buckets to drain into and then use that water on their outdoor garden.
the simple answer is no.
you could put in an extra feed, but you will have to shut off the water to that source first.
i installed appliances for many years.
you must have bad water to need RO.
good luck.
