I pruned the roots two days ago and they’re still droopy as heck!
how long do they take to bounce back from root pruning? And can I take cuttings for clones now? Or should I wait till they’ve recovered?

It will take at last 1 week for recovery to be noticeable. I've had plants where it took 2 weeks. I'd wait until they were recovered before cutting clones.
