Maybe its just me but I can't see exactly what you're referring to in the picture. Is that a seedling that had popped from the medium with some of its shell still on the leaves?

Yes it is . The other 3 have green leaves. Must be a late bloomer. Other 3 are just over 2" Thats why I was asking
