I ordered seeds from MSNL last September. I had good luck. Over the winter I kept them in their baggie in a little jewelry box with a lid. Now I tried to germinate for my next grow, and had 3 duds. Is this common? Did I store them improperly?

I forgot, I have a spreadsheet that I keep on my tablet with all the strains info.
I bought this container from a hobby store, I believe it is for small gems or something like that. I keep them in these with a few grains of rice to absorb any moisture.
In the winter with the furnace on I’m sure it’s pretty dry. I live in a cold area.
Hmm should be fine. Whats the humidity where you live?
