Have you inspected your plants for pests? It probably isn't due to that but it is a possibility. That's a good starting point. Kinda looks like copper deficiency but it's hard to tell.
Soil, 6.4 in about the same out, ppm 530 in 1200 out
Are you in soil or coco coir? What is the pH? What is the PPM of the runoff?
