Got a couple of questions here.

Do I have too many big fan leaves?

Are they taking away energy from bud development?

I did defoliate the ones that were blocking the light from some bud sights.

For the past 2 waterings, I've only given them plain water. They look kinda too healthy. Not sure if I should give it the HPK.

Thanks for including all that information. Your plants look great! Here are answers to your questions: Do I have too many big fan leaves?

Some will recommend you defoliate some of those bigger leaves so light can get down into the canopy. Most will defoliate within the first 3 weeks of flower.

ty for clearing that up for me. I always worry about the bud development. Like, if there is a good rule of thumb to have a certain leaf to bud ratio? just something in general not specific to the strain. I guess maybe just find your style of growing. Thanks for the reply. I appreciate you!

If you see shadows below, then the bud below wont be getting light. If you don't want to stress them out too much you could always leaf tuck. All personal preference.
