Hoping for a little help. I purchased my beans from a bank linked by this site. I chose auto blue dream feminized for a couple of reasons but mostly based on the plant size description posted by seller. It was listed as: Short 60cm to 100cm. We’re in week 10 of veg (Fox Farm soil & nutes & 150-watt HID light) and the girls are already 190cm. I am limited to an indoor grow. I originally purchased a 32’ x 32’ 63” tent. My 3 ladies outgrew that tent in 6 weeks so I upgraded to a larger tent 60” x 60” x 80”. 2 weeks ago I setup trellis netting at about 5 foot and have been bending under since. My light is rigged with zip ties to bring it as close to top as possible. Top leaves are being burnt by the light or growing past it.
Sorry for the long winded preamble but I’m looking for advice. First, can anyone recommend a strain that would definitely be shorter (and bushier) & possibly flower faster? I would like THC in the same range if possible (15-18%).
On my next grow I will employ LST. Does it make sense to use both LST & ScrOG techniques to control plant size? Lastly, I’m 10+ weeks in and no sign of buds. This strain is an auto flower but I’m considering changing light cycle to 12 on & 12 off. Does this make sense or should I be patient?
As you can probably tell I’m a newbie so any and all advice will be appreciated!

Thank you both for sharing your expertise. I changed to 12/12 and hopefully can still get a decent yield. Not sure why these didn't auto flower but I am looking at different strains for next time around.
