Small random markings like that is usually just damage from moving the plant around/training. Either that or water/nutrient mix left on the leaves and light hitting it. That's my guess. If the damage isn't appearing elsewhere then it's probably nothing to worry about.
Understand that if you don't see any obvious causes (bugs) then don't freak out. It's probably nothing to worry about. If that symptom spreads then seek answers. You will wear yourself out chasing every single leaf spot. Most of the time the plant will heal itself or outgrow the small things. With all honesty, if you start changing things based on that (and it isn't a slam dunk issue then you may overstress or damage the plant) you will only lose sleep and
I have not added any nutrients to it after transplant or ... the only time I did was when I was mixing the soil for the 5 gallon transplant... in the soil I mixed 5 tablespoons of the organically done organic balance 3-3-3... the ph of the water going in is always between 6.5-6.7... haven’t tested the run off ph because I don’t want to overwater it...its just kind of weird that its only on one leaf don’t know if its a deficiency just in case it is I wanted to catch it early on
I’m using the organically done line of nutrients when I transplanted to the 5gallon fabric pot in the soil i mixed 5 tablespoons of 3-3-3 and 25% worm castings,
The soil this plant is in is called Bushdoctor coco loco
I do have a fan and a heater near the plan I manage to get good airflow and heat constantly between 80-75 F, the light im using is the viparspectra xs2000 18 in above plant at 50% dim

money . . . Be calm and grow on
Using the coco loco, did you add any cal-mag after/before you transplanted?
I'm thinking either Calcium, PH or the heater/fan are blowing too close to the leaves.
Could be a few things.
What strain?
Have you been giving nutes, and what kind?
What soil are you in?
What light and how far away?
Do you have a fan or heater near that plant?
