So I'm using greenhouse biogrow powder feeding nutes so I put enough nutes in for 8 wks veg but its now 5 wks and there to tall can I now

Swap to flower and add the flower nutes even though there's still 3 weeks of veg nutes left ?

Yes, just watch the PK. You may need to add some if you start seeing deficiencies.
