So I'm wondering if I should trim her down and what does it mean the the top leaves are looking like this?

In my experience, twisting like that typically happens when I'm growing in a dense medium and the medium is saturated. Once the medium dries out, the leaves go back to normal. I don't see that on all phenos, but some. Do you see any signs of over-watering on the lower leaves?
