If you start small into solo cups and upgrade into a bigger pot after two weeks you can stretch the soil out to last longer. I believe its 3 weeks give or take with just soil. But I agree with Living Gardening it won't carry you all the way through veg. You can also simply check the PPM every 3 days or so to help guide you when the food is running out of the medium

And are you popping a photo or auto?
