I second the calcium diagnosis. maybe try some liquid cal-mag to fix it. Adding organic amendments will take more time to hit the plant than synthetic
That looks a bit like calcium deficiency to me. Did you check the underside of the leaves for pests? Some pests can cause similar damage.
