Strange growth

Hi can somebody pls help figure what is happening to my plants pls, i have a few mother plants in veg grown in coco coir the leaf nodes are really small and slightly yellow, i have taken cuts of the mothers and clones look almost mutated and look like they are flowering im unsure wether its a nutrient deficiency or some kind of pathogen
