To create a plant that stays as short as possible through harvest, which training type would be best? Mainlining with two rounds of topping?

I will be doing my first topping this week! followed by alot of LST. I will look more into supercropping, i have heard i can do this in the week before / even during the beginning (probably wont) of the flowering stage if my canopy is uneven.
