I think my horizontal training has gone pretty well for my first grow.Now, do I let these tops just grow in to main colas or do I use a net and further lay them down?Thank you guys!

I keep training through the first week of flower typically. Then let them go unrestricted through flush. After training you can lollipop/defoliate.
