How big a deal is it to transplant my germinating Northern Lights auto girls? Using a tent, happy frog soil, spider farm 2000 led, I have micorhizo microbes. Any thoughts to alleviate any potential transplant shock?
Going from what to what? If it's a dixie cup, cut the bottom out of it and it will find it's own way. If it's something like a fabric pot, I wouldn't attempt it.
It's all about root disturbance, just like squash. Some things prefer to be direct sown. Some just don't have the genetics to withstand transplanting.

You can absolutely transplant it. Many will use mycorrhizal fungi to help prevent transplant shock.
