How big a deal is it to transplant my germinating Northern Lights auto girls? Using a tent, happy frog soil, spider farm 2000 led, I have micorhizo microbes. Any thoughts to alleviate any potential transplant shock?

You can absolutely transplant it. Many will use mycorrhizal fungi to help prevent transplant shock.
