I also do organic, those particular "nutes" are actually more like soil ammendments. They do have what they say they do in them except they take longer for the micro biology to break down, and are not really plant available now. When I finish a run, I re-use my soil by dumping all my pots in a giant plastic bin and then I add ammendments like those for long term, over all soil health. After a few runs your soil will be rip roaring. In the mean time, if any of my girls show any signs of a deficiency, I will "spoon feed" them with the specific mineral I need. I use "Raw Organic Solubles" by N.P.K. Industries for that.
