The time for trimming is approaching quickly. I would like to hear from those of you, whom have used a leaf bowl trimmer. 16 or 19 inch. I would love to hear your comments. Pros and Cons. I could not find much information on the web. Thank you in advance.

Are you talking about the huge bowl with the handle on top which turns the metal blades inside?
I trim about 2 weeks before I switch and then only a week or two after I switch to cut out the sappers. I trim fan leaves when the fan leaves above it develop. I heard once flowers you should not trim any more. I have failed at building an even canopy. I should have topped some plants more to keep them from being so tall while the others grow.
