Two tone color on leaves

I'm currently in a 7 gallon fabric pot and I'm in organic soil with a cover crop, light is a mars hydro sp 3000 at 32 inches from canopy . All my other plants are good it's just the one. I can't seem to diagnose her ,can anybody help me with these symptoms
