does it make any difference when i use 6 hours dark period on day time hours like 09.00 to 15.00. Because it's too expensive using electricity day time.

Nope, no difference at all. Just make sure there are no light leaks in your tent and you are good to go!
I have 'time of use pricing' for electricity too and always make sure my dark time is during the most expensive time of the day.
