i have been top spraying with water since day 1, three times a day or so. mine thing Me Grow It mentioned in a post was when I hit this point to water with 8oz va too spraying but in his autoflower video by day 12-13 he is using 1 gallon every 3-4 days? Also, can I start using 1/4 nutes per water (using aurora soil).

"This coco-based soil contains peat, pumice, and our own in-house perlite. The perlite and coco base allow for quick draining and even drying for frequent feeding of fast growing, heavy feeding plants. Begin feeding 10 to 21 days after transplanting for vigorous fruiting and flowering plants"

If that's the one, you should be good to feed nutes 10-21 days into veg. It should have enough nutes in the organic soil to get you there. Start with what you feel is best. 1/4 strength to start maybe to see how they react. I use Sunshine Mix 4 and usually do about 1/2 to 3/4 feeding the first time
Edit: Everyone waters differently. Listen to the plants and they'll let you know.
Best thing to do is not get in a rush. I’d say you don’t need to use a spray bottle at this point i wouldn’t do more water than a few ozs a day. How old are they?
Sorry aurora nutes (soul grow abd bloom), soil is roots organic
Which Aurora soil are you using?
