Watering during flower

So I've noticed that my gelato auto is drying up now about every 2 days instead of about 5 days or so when it was in veg is that normal for flowering plants? Nothing has changed temp or humidity wise so I'm assuming it's normal...when I water I'm watering about a gallon of water maybe 15% runoff
