I believe its in week 6 or 7 there is no smell or buds forming just white pistels ,pics below

Well we know terpenes evaporating is what gives off the smell. Some terpenes evaporate at 70F, others will at higher temps. What temps are you running? Also your plant is smaller so it won't smell as much as a larger plant will.
