Have you seen a seed sprout and start to do this I havent added nutrients or nothing like that just water ?

If you're talking about the yellow markings on the leaves, that's typically the beginning signs of over-watering. How many days since the seedling sprouted from the medium? What type and size container is it in?
What medium are you using, lights, and how close are your lights?
