Few different problems going on
Some leaves look really waxy and some are taco-ing
some are really light green in conparison
I transplanted into solo cups a bout a week ago +
soil is 2 part soil (1 part fox farm happy frog 1 part ocean forest )+ about 1 tbsp ofdolomite lime per gal+ perlite (20-30%) + and it believe one part earth worm castings
water with tap water adjustwithpotassium bicarbonate ph up or citric acid ph down. To 6.4 -6.6 range every water . Wait until soil is dry and light and poke Mi fingerup to 1-2nd knuckle before watering . Maybe had some Gnats.

about 2 weeks ago sprayed with neem
started from seed took out like 3 males already
light is spider farmer sf4000
sealed room slight vent in the bottom (it’s a closet under the stairs)
Diffusing some lavender In The humidifier here and have sprayed randomly 1/4 strength cal mag on the leaves now and then. Think the ph was off before and now it’s been corrected

temps are 23-25 and the RH is 65
Kind of looks like damage from russet mites. Have you inspected the plants for pests? Russet mites are tiny and you really need a microscope in order to see them.
Just my opinion but this plants look way to big to be in solo cups, could definitely be part of the problem...root bound!
Seeing some burn too. Be sure to spray at lights out or just before. The oils can burn the leaves under the light intensity
Looks like you may have magnesium and a little nitrogen deficiency also overwatering in one pic. When I see shiney waxy leaves I go looking for pests.
