I've got yellow traps out, haven't caught any. I see 2-3 flying around at any given time in the tent. One landed on my hand and was bigger than any fungus gnat I've seen. Looks like a fly of some kind. Haven't been over watering.

Seems that may be the case. Do they cause damage?
I'm no expert when it comes to pests but is that just your typical house fly?
Don't know on that one. I have some in my system. mush smaller than a house fly but almost a light brown/gray body. I haven't had issues and haven't been bitten so I say welcome. I am running a living system though.
FYI I bought Orius Insidious and they are kicking some ass!!
